Whose settings
You run this system, so you can set up anybody's phone.
My line
When the office line rings you, and where.
Your desk phone also rings with the office desks on every call, whatever this says - that ring belongs to the room, not to you.
This computer
Just this phone, just for you. Nobody else is affected.
Can this computer make calls? Check it now ->
One page that tests the microphone, the sound, and whether the phone network is reachable from here.
Who may walk in on me
A colleague you tick here can reach you without you answering: your phone says "they wants to speak to you" out loud and the call simply opens. Give this to the people you would put down a pen for. Up to six.
Never while you are already on a call - then it rings like anything else. It is not mutual: ticking somebody does not let you walk in on them. Take it back here any time.
What I am best at
A note for the office - routing decides who rings, and nobody opts out of a caller waiting. Tap what you are good at.
How the line tells me
Your address, and which taps on the shoulder you want. Yours to choose. Everything still waits for you on the Desk either way.
Anything the office should know
One line the office sees against your name. Up to 120 characters, any language.
Want colours or dark mode? The whole system is one warm look for now - there is no light/dark switch yet. If you would use one, send it from the Ideas & problems page and it becomes a ticket you can watch.
